1. Customer Lead Data Protection
SalesFlow CRM processes account details, lead stages, and email interaction history solely to deliver pipeline automation. Customer CRM data is NEVER sold, leased, or shared with third-party data brokers.
2. HubSpot & Salesforce API Encryption
Bi-directional CRM sync operations use OAuth 2.0 zero-knowledge tokens encrypted at rest via AES-256 GCM. All pipeline audit logs are retained for SOC2 compliance verification.
